1. Services Scope
FinStream provides invoicing templates, timesheet logs, HRMS workflows, and tax entry calculations for corporate entities. Account registration requires valid organization names and email profiles.
2. Billing, Trial, & Mandate Terms
FinStream operates on Monthly and Annual recurring subscription tiers. The subscription starts with a 30-Day Free Trial period. During signup, users authorize an auto-charge mandate setup via Razorpay. A nominal ₹2 authorization charge is initiated and automatically refunded to verify active mandate status.
3. Mandate Auto-Charge Rules
Recurring payments are executed automatically at the conclusion of the 30-day trial period according to RBI e-mandate guidelines. Pre-debit notifications are dispatched by Razorpay. Users retain the authority to cancel their recurring payment mandate at any point before renewal.
4. Cancellation Policy
To cancel the subscription mandate, navigate to the Billing section of the Profile Settings dashboard. Cancellation suspends future auto-debits; no pro-rata refunds are initiated for past billing periods.
5. User Conduct & Liabilities
Company administrators are responsible for ensuring correctness of all log entries, compliance filings, employee payroll metrics, and client invoice records.
